On the picture you see a man plouging the land with his hands.  Some rich framers hire the tractor to plough the land and rural part of Nepal it is popular to use Oxes for ploughing.  Mainly women work on planting the rice plants on the ploughed land by men since it involves hard work.  In Nepal it is believed that women should not use Oxes to plough the land and it is purely mens job.

Just before the monsoon really starts people all over Nepal start to plant rice and Nepal is lush in green. The Hills are green. Fields are green. Entire Nepal is green.
